International Bipolar Foundation & Pepsi Challenge

The International Bipolar Foundation (IBPF)  is currently competing for a $5,000 grant from the Pepsi Refresh Project during the month of January. The winners will be decided by popular vote. IBPF needs your three votes every day during the month of January.
