Thomas Jensen M.D. Appointed New Medical Director
International Bipolar Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas S. Jensen M.D. as their new Medical Director. Jensen, who already serves on the Scientific Advisory Board, will now be a member of the Executive Board as well.
Dr. Jensen is a psychiatrist in private practice in San Diego. He specializes in general and
neuropsychiatry treating children, adolescents and adults, but is especially esteemed for his work with patients with bipolar disorder.
Rob Friedman M.D. Joins Prominent Scientific Advisory Board
International Bipolar Foundation (IBF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Robert Friedman to their Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). Dr. Friedman joins a board of twelve other highly esteemed clinicians and researchers from Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, UCSD, Mt. Sinai, U. Wisconsin, Johnson & Johnson, and U. Colorado.

As quarterback, Terry Bradshaw helped the Pittsburgh Steelers win four Super Bowls in the 1970s. The personality he revealed in his post-game interviews and his announcing career that followed led most of us to believe he had a jocular approach to life. Why wouldn’t he? For heavens sakes, sports journalists lauded him as one of the all time greatest quarterbacks. He was handsome and popular with women.
