Rancho Bernardo Support Group
Located at Aurora Hospital, this group meets every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, in a meeting room just off the cafeteria. The group is for patients with mood disorders. Family members are also welcome.

Psych Central hosts a number of peer-run self-help support groups, as well as two weekly Q&A sessions with Dr. John Grohol. Chats meet every week in our live chat rooms.
